Introducing the New Loaner Pump Program

Cuyahoga Falls, OH (May 2017) – Becker Pumps Corporation announces the launch of their new Loaner Pump Program.

The new program allows manufacturers to keep production running while their pump is being repaired or rebuilt. The new program is part of Becker’s commitment to Best in Class customer support. The Loaner Pump Program ensures minimal downtime as the customer uses the loaner pump while the original unit is being repaired. The repair may be done at the customer’s facility or at Becker’s repair center. Customers are also encouraged to inquire about Becker’s Field Service by contacting technical support at service@beckerpumps.com or their Area Sales Manager, who can be located on the Becker website.

Becker’s full range of dry/oil-less pumps, oil-flooded pumps, regenerative blowers, and combined pumps are available for loan including:

2017, Becker doubled their staff to support parts sales and technical service.

Becker’s repair center is located at their headquarters in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The repair center features factory trained repair technicians dedicated to service the full line of Becker pumps, systems, blowers and compressors. Repairs are made using only genuine, original manufacturer’s replacement parts ensuring the longevity and performance of the pump.
