Please note: Your RA# is valid for 30 days. The repair estimate is good for 30 days. If no action is taken within 30 days, the unit and any accessories sent will be scrapped.
Item must have RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. Disassembly of the unit(s) prior to shipping may void the warranty or affect the cause of failure analysis.
Freight Collect shipments will NOT be accepted.

A minimum diagnostic and inspection fee may apply to all repair evaluations. This fee will be disclosed at the time of RMA issuance and will be waived only if the Buyer approves the quoted repair.
