Please note: Your RA# is valid for 30 days. The repair estimate is good for 45 days. If no action is taken within 45 days, the unit and any accessories sent will be scrapped.
Item must have RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. Disassembly of the unit(s) prior to shipping may void the warranty or affect the cause of failure analysis.
Freight Collect shipments will NOT be accepted.
Fees (when applicable):
All repairs not within the warranty period require an evaluation fee. A purchase order for the $125 standard evaluation fee is required prior to starting the evaluation. Evaluation fees will be credited toward the repair or purchase of replacement.
