EXPANDABLE CLAW VACUUM SYSTEMS

TRIPLEX, QUADRUPLEX, & SEXTUPLEX VACUUM SYSTEMS

Becker’s Advantage-C expandable hook and claw vacuum systems are modular systems designed to be easily expandable from any smaller size option up to six pumps. These premier systems are available in triplex, quadruplex, and sextuplex versions, and are available for industrial or medical/surgical use. Becker’s expandable claw systems grow as your facility grows, and provide automatic operation and convenience, thanks to the programmable controller.

Each pump is mounted on its own stand and connected to a central manifold, which is plumbed to a receiver. Pumps, air receiver and control panel are mounted to modular skids to allow for future expansion simply by adding an additional pump and electrical module. Expansion can be completed in about an hour and can be done without shutting down the system, or discarding any existing parts.

Becker’s hook and claw expandable systems utilize Becker’s oil-less/contact-less claw vacuum technology, and are nearly maintenance-free. All pumps used on our systems are Becker manufactured and individually tested at factory before shipping.

How to Determine the Cost of a Vacuum Pump

For manufacturers and resellers, calculating the true cost of a vacuum pump before purchasing is often a challenge. We look at the real factors that affect what you’ll pay for a new vacuum solution.

Tips for Custom Vacuum Pump Design

For many applications, a custom vacuum pump design is the best way to get a fit-for-purpose solution that improves efficiency and doesn’t compromise on features. However, the customization is only worthwhile if it meets your specific needs.
