SPACE SAVER OIL-LESS ROTARY VANE VACUUM SYSTEMS
COMPACT DRY ROTARY VANE VACUUM SYSTEMS
Becker’s Advantage-D and Advantage-X oil-less rotary vane space saver vacuum systems are ideal for installations where space is restricted. They offer a compact footprint and capabilities adequate for many facilities, while providing the basic functions of automatic operation and convenience provided by the programmable controller.
Advantage-D and Advantage-X Space Saver Systems utilize Becker’s oil-less rotary vane vacuum technology. All pumps used on our systems are Becker manufactured and individually tested at factory before shipping.
Vacuum pumps are plumbed to a manifold and connected to the air receiver. Check valves are installed at each pump inlet to prevent backflow into the system. Optional manifold and one-point connection for exhaust plumbing is available. Becker space saver systems are available in duplex versions for hospital or industrial use.
The Advantage-D version use vanes made of carbon/resin composite material unique to Becker. Our Advantage-X systems feature our long lasting vane design for an extended vane life of 20,000 hours.
The Advantage-D and Advantage-X versions provide vacuum levels up to 27” Hg.
