Return Authorization (RA)
Use the form below to receive a Return Authorization number for all pump returns and service evaluations. Contact Becker by phone or email for assistance.
Please note:
Your RA# is valid for 30 days. The repair estimate is good for 45 days. If no action is taken within 45 days, the unit will be scrapped.
Item must have RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. Disassembly of the unit may void the warranty or affect the cause of failure analysis.
Collect shipments will NOT be accepted.
Fees (when applicable):All repairs not within the warranty period require an evaluation fee according to the table below. A purchase order for the fee is required prior to starting the evaluation. Evaluation fees will be credited toward the repair or purchase of replacement.
